Premier Scaffolding are proud to be working with Redwing, M&Y Maintenance and Construction, and Regenda Homes on this project, providing scaffolding services for the new homes in Liverpool. The scaffolding is now down and construction is progressing. This £5.1 million Development in West Derby will bring 22 new homes to the area. The homes will be a mixture of Shared Ownership and Affordable rent which will be available through Property Pool Plus. There will be 4 three-bedroom houses available for shared ownership, 5 one-bedroom apartments and 13 two-bedroom apartments available for affordable rent. The four houses are now water-tight, with the apartment block progressing to the 2nd floor.
