Heritage Project: Lancaster House, Parbold

Lancaster House in Parbold, Lancashire, is undergoing a sensitive heritage redevelopment by The PJ Livesey Group. Premier Scaffolding Ltd was appointed to deliver bespoke access solutions that protect the building’s historical features.

Lancaster House — a striking Victorian villa and former convent — is being transformed into a collection of high-spec heritage homes. The project combines traditional architecture with modern design and energy efficiency.
